Stories' Interview Guidelines
Date of birth, where born-city/state location-description, parents names and brief background of each parent– occupations/avocations, siblings – names-ages,?? – any pre-school memories
Childhood memories:
· Elementary School(s) – school(s) name, schoolmates’ names, companions, activities, memories of the time, etc.
· Secondary School(s) – school(s) name, schoolmates’ names, companions, activities—sports/music/extra-curricular, special memories of the times, etc.
· Secondary and Post secondary school: jobs, activities, dating memories, companions’ names, etc
· Post secondary/Young adult memories - dating memories, activities, highlights,…
· Advanced education, military etc. (location/position/etc.) or jobs (what, where, assoc. names, etc.)
· Marital story: spouse info, when/where dates, children (names & locations), gchildren#
Post-Military/Advance Education: jobs/business/stories/activities, descriptions, etc.
Employment Years: jobs-when, where, what – description thereof, associates’ names, highlights thereof, stand-out memories, activities or events – of employment and personal
Retirement Years (if appropriate): activities, avocations, (description thereof), etc.
Provide pics: early life, marital, military, family, later life—any that would be of interest….
